As a matter of fact, he unashamedly tells his congregation that he never owned shoes until he was 18 years of age. What he possessed though were physical intangibles such as focus, consistency, diligence, ambition, a brilliant mind and a determination to succeed in life.</p> <p dir="ltr">In 1956 Enoch Adeboye was admitted into Ilesha Grammar School, Ilesha, Osun State and as a youth, he discovered a passion for books, and an aptitude for science and in particular the field of Mathematics. This led to an academic journey in the field of Mathematics against incredible odds including but not limited to finances, the Nigerian Civil War and academic politics.</p> <p dir="ltr">Adeboye had obtained not only a Bachelors (BSc.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria in 1967, but also a Masters (MSc.) Degree in Hydrodynamics and a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Applied Mathematics, both from the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria in 1969 and 1975 respectively.</p> <p dir="ltr">One of the motivations for these academic achievements was Enoch Adeboye's passionate desire to become the youngest Vice Chancellor of any one of the frontline universities in Nigeria. It did seem that his academic ambition would be realised as his academic career flourished. However, this was not to be as a greater career awaited him in the service of the Lord. In 1967 Enoch Adeboye got married to his beloved wife Foluke Adenike Adeboye.</p> <p dir="ltr">In 1981, Adeboye was appointed the General Overseer of the church, taking over from the founder, Pa Akindayomi who died the previous year.</p> <p dir="ltr">With thousands of worshippers flocking the RCCG on daily basis, the present auditorium being occupied by the church at the Redemption Ground, which is three kilometres long and one kilometre wide, is no longer able to contain the large number of followers.</p> <p dir="ltr">Last year, Adeboye unveiled plan by the church to construct one of the biggest auditorium in the world, saying that the new auditorium would be three kilometres square. The Shah Alam High Court yesterday Feb 26th gave the death penalty to Obitube after he was found guilty of trafficking cannabis, also known as marijuana.<br> </p> <p dir="ltr">The accused, a student with a private college in Kuala Lumpur, was arrested with 9,189kg of cannabis at Desa Satu Apartment, Gombak on Aug 20, 2011. But she's okay. Sometimes I would pass stool with blood and would frequently get admitted to Gweru Hospital."</p> <p dir="ltr">Astonishingly, she said doctors would quickly discharge her after failing to diagnose her condition.</p> <p dir="ltr">"All the scans they carried out showed nothing," she said.</p> <p dir="ltr">On January 16 this year, Muzulu visited a local surgery run by Dr Joshua Tayi.</p> <p dir="ltr">Doctor Tayi had carried out a scan on her in early January but had failed to see the small surgical scissors whose handles had been buried in her intestines.</p> <p dir="ltr">"My intestines were rotting," she says. "Dr Tayi decided to operate on me and that's when he discovered that there was a surgical scissors in my intestines."</p> <p dir="ltr">Muzulu is still trying to recover from her experience and the emotional scars which she says will take long to heal.</p> <p dir="ltr">She had been helping her husband by augmenting family income with money realised from working in odd jobs in other villagers' fields in her rural home in Gokwe, but her constant sickness caused her to shift base to Gweru where she could easily access medical attention.</p> <p dir="ltr">Said Muzulu: "My husband works at Zimglass as a machine operator and I had to help him fend for the family. I could not do that anymore because I was always ill."</p> <p dir="ltr">Muzulu is now recovering at her Gweru home, but says she now feels "incomplete", but is delighted the scissors were found.</p> <p dir="ltr">"I can never thank the good doctor enough," she told Chronicle.</p> <p dir="ltr">Her recovery, though, is a cue for Muzulu and her husband, Chimbandi, to sue the hospital that carried out the botched operation.</p> <p dir="ltr">Chimbandi is threatening to sue the health institution for "tormenting" his wife and causing him to incur huge medical bills.</p> <p dir="ltr">He said: "The medical expenses that I incurred were a burden to my family. I'm not a member of any Medical Aid Society and I was forced to do some odd jobs to get money to pay for my wife's treatment.</p> <p dir="ltr">"Our seven-year-old son is not attending school as we cannot afford the school fees. Most of our money went towards meeting my wife's medical expenses."</p> <p dir="ltr">Chimbandi said at one point he was forced to turn to inyangas and self-proclaimed prophets.</p> <p dir="ltr">"I started trying prophets and inyangas in search of a solution to my wife's health problem. I even went as far as Zambia but we still met with no joy. Her condition did not improve," he said.</p> <p dir="ltr">Said Chimbandi: "Zvairwadza nekuti taitsvagiswa hurwere husipo. I'm taking legal action against the hospital. I need to be compensated for what we went through as a family. I will soon file papers at the High Court."</p> <p dir="ltr">Gweru Provincial Hospital Superintendent, Dr Fabian Mashingaidze, said: "I am aware of the matter, but I'm not well-versed with the finer details. Let him come to our offices so that we can discuss. Honestly the whole thing made me laugh. Such horrendous lies coming from a woman that is an Ambassador for our country.</p> <p dir="ltr">I know this because I am a living witness to what happened. It is so sad. The truth is that Bianca is not just a shameless liar but also someone who is running from and trying to cover up her sordid past.</p> <p dir="ltr">Femi Fani-Kayode issued a statement challenging her to go to court and to carry out her threat some time back. That was the final thing he wrote. She killed it in all the newspapers but it was published in saharareporters and it is still there.</p> <p dir="ltr">Go and read it. He said that he was waiting for her, he was looking forward to the courts and that she should do her worse. Now instead of ranting and telling childish stories to magazines and instead of telling dirty little lies she should do precisely that.</p> <p dir="ltr">She said that she had never met Chief before- I shall prove to you that she is lying. She said that they were never intimate? I shall show you that she was not only lying but that she has a past and that that past was full of adventure and sordid tales.</p> <p dir="ltr">She wants evidence? Tell her to go to court. She will get plenty of it there. What she did with Chief Fani-Kayode, where they did it, the number of times they did it and how she moaned whilst it was happening will all come out in open court.</p> <p dir="ltr">If anyone believes that Bianca was a virgin when she married Ojukwu then that person neeeds to have their heads examined. It has got to a point that her husband's relatives are now even questioning the paternity of her children in open court and we are not surprised by that at all.</p> <p dir="ltr">We advise them to insist on a DNA test because that woman is capable of anything. She is an absolute disgrace to the memory of her late and respected father and if only Ojukwu knew her better he would not have married her and he would probably still be alive today. The circumstances of his death are still shrouded in secrecy and that is a pity yet one day the truth will come out.</p> <p dir="ltr">This is a girl that married her own godfather and that broke her father's heart by living in sin with a man that was old enough to be her grandfather for 4 years before marrying him. That is the type of creature you people are taking seriously?</p> <p dir="ltr">It is below Chief Fani-Kayode's status to respond to such a desperate wretch whose only claim to fame is that she married a Biafran warlord and that she won a beauty contest almost a century ago. She should just shut up before people begin to open up on her and expose her for the garbage that she really is.</p> <p dir="ltr">I am a living witness to what transpired between them in London. She sneaked out of school on many occassions and spent quality time with him. It got to a point that she even got pregnant twice and the first time she miscarried and the second one she had an abortion.</p> <p dir="ltr">I know because I was there. I saw her on numerous occassions with Femi Fani-Kayode at a London night club called Stringfellows. I also saw her at Femi's flat at Pier House, off Oakley street, Cheynee Walk, Chelsea on numerous occassions.</p> <p dir="ltr">I also saw her at Femi's apartment in Cambridge which was at a place called Harvey Godwin Gardens. In all these places they behaved and acted like young lovers and they were very intimate.</p> <p dir="ltr">Yet the truth is that Femi had many girlfriends then and she was just one of them. I might add that she wasn't even his main girlfriend at the time because Femi was actually in love with someone else.</p> <p dir="ltr">He was just having a little extra fun with Bianca on the side. Everyone around Femi knew what was going on at the time and there are many other people that will and can bear witness to what happened.</p> <p dir="ltr">Unlike othersI will not keep quiet and allow this shameless woman to get away with her dirty lies. When Fani-Kayode dumped her for someone else and left the UK it hurt her deeply and it broke her heart.</p> <p dir="ltr">That is why she went wild at Nsukka University when she got there dating all sorts of men in secret and that is why she ended up living in sin with a man that was old enough to be her grandfather.</p> <p dir="ltr">Let me tell you that her behaviour broke Governor C.C. Onoh, her late father's, heart and that is why he died when he did. I know because her father was my father's (Governor Omololu Olunloyo's) close friend at the time.</p> <p dir="ltr">My dad was also very close to her husband Ojukwu and in fact my dad was the only leading yoruba man that attended her husband's funeral. All these lies should stop.</p> <p dir="ltr">Whether igbo people want to accept or believe it or not the truth is that Femi Fani-Kayode was the first to "hit" Bianca Ojukwu and he disvirgined her. This is a fact and they have just got to live with it.</p> <p dir="ltr">It happened many years before she was involved with Ojukwu so they should just leave it and let sleeping dogs lie. I challenge her to speak out and deny all I have said and you will hear more. That girl is shameless and she is a disgrace to womanhood.</p> <p dir="ltr">She may be regarded as a queen by the igbo but she is a very shameless and lousy queen. They must always remember that a young yoruba boy named Femi Fani-Kayode got there first.</p> <p dir="ltr">All the official denials and lies in the world cannot change that fact. Unfortunately for her FFK had about three other girls that he was going out with at the same time but she didn't know until it was too late.</p> <p dir="ltr">She never got over it and she never forgave him for it. Bianca let it go. Caleb Olubolade, on Saturday declared his intention to run for Ekiti governorship election.<br></p> <p dir="ltr">The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Olubolade declared in Ado Ekiti at a reception in his honour by members of the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) Ekiti chapter.</p> <p dir="ltr">NAN also reports that Olubolade resigned his position as the Minister of Police Affairs to vie for the governorship position.</p> <p dir="ltr">He said that he would not borrow money from the capital market to finance the state if elected.</p> <p dir="ltr">He also said that his administration would run a programme that was in tandem with the transformation agenda of President Goodluck Jonathan to bring development to the state.</p> <p dir="ltr">Commenting on the N25 billion bond sought by the incumbent, Gov. Kayode Fayemi from the capital market, Olubolade said that "borrowing of money by Fayemi is a proof of his failed government.</p> <p dir="ltr">"I want to assure you that I will not borrow a dime to finance the state and all I am going to do as programmes will align with the transformation agenda of President Jonathan.</p> <p dir="ltr">"I am determined to rescue Ekiti from the pangs of bad governance".</p> <p dir="ltr">He said the incumbent administration had failed Ekiti people as could see the signs in the level of poverty, unemployment and poor policy formulation in all facets.</p> <p dir="ltr">He thanked Jonathan for giving him the opportunity to serve the nation, saying he would justify the confidence reposed in him if voted into office.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Ekiti PDP Chairman, Mr MakanjuolaOgundipe, assured the people that the mismanaged funds by the incumbent administration would be recovered when the party eventually takes over leadership.</p> <p dir="ltr">He noted that the present administration promised free education, free health services, employment, but that yet they were not free in Ekiti today.</p> <p dir="ltr">Ogundipe urged the people to vote for PDP's candidate in the forthcoming June 21, governorship election.
